Question / Help OBS bitrate going down while i play game

Hello, guys anyone can help i have 100mb internet on speedtest i got too 100 mb download and 100 mb upload when i am play another games like example: Rise of Insanity after while my bitrate going down and it's changing to yellow and red. When i am lowering bitrate from 8000 to 3000 it's will be fine all times green.

When i stream playerunknown battlegrounds on bitrate 8000 it's going all times green bitrate dosen't going down on that game. Seems strange but i don't know what to do i have i7,gtx 1060 6GB,16gb ram and i am using decoder NVENC H.264 also i will include logs file so people can check them.

Also today i am reinstalled OBS if someone can help to resolve this problem will be glad.

Change that resolution. Its too high and requires more image processing. Change it to a smaller 16:9 custom output like 960x540, 640x360, etc.
You aren't showing full screen image of your face and the webcam sensor doesn't need to capture that much pixels.

Your network connection is not stable. In this case you need to turn down the bitrate to compensate.
If it is set to 3500, change it to 3250 and continue to go down in 250 bit increments until you find the number that works.
