OBS Bitrate Drops to Zero, stream will continue without any audio once connection resumes.

Was streaming today, and after maybe 40 minutes my viewers were saying that I had zero audio output. Oddly, clips they pulled from stream DID have audio, just not the live broadcast. OBS was using the correct audio for the scene I was in, so everything on my side seemed to be okay. However, I then noticed my Bitrate was zero. I opened my general Network Settings on my computer, and to my surprise, the option to view Wifi wasn't even present. It took almost a minute for my settings to put the wifi option back in the menu. My bitrate came back to regular levels, but audio would not resume. I had to end the stream and restart the broadcast. The next time, I made it about fifteen minutes before the bitrate died and the sound cut out again. My last attempt to stream today only lasted about two minutes.

Open to any suggestions or ideas. Logs are attached!

You have to contact the stream platform service you're using as it's a problem in their end. If clips have audio on them then the issue is most probably in their service.

Don't use CBR for recording. Instead use CQP and set the CQ level between 23 to 15 (lower better quality). Do some tests with this.
Also:
Wi-fi isn't reliable, consider to use a network cable connected directly to the modem.
