Hello, so I have a Lenovo Legion y545, and whenever I try to stream absolutely everything is fine. At least until I decide to open a game... Whenever I open a game my bitrate drops all the way to at lowest 7... I checked task manager and all my usage counts are perfectly fine. Also, my network isn't throttling me... I still have plenty of bandwidth left. Any ideas?
