Hello! I seem to be having an issue that I only noticed recently with streams/VODs looking pixelated when in games with fast moving parts. I feel like its a bitrate issue (which mine is at 6,000 kbps) but Im seeing friends/streamers with 8,000kbps. I tried messing with some settings and it seems OBS is capping my bitrate as well. Is there a fix for this?
