Question / Help obs best settings help

Hello guys, I want to ask a few question my upload 3.80 and my best twitch server vienna is 68 quality and 38 ping and my pc r7 2700x msi gtx 1660ti 16gb 2400mhz ram and I have a high ping problem in games when streaming what is my best obs settings and how to reduce my ping can you help to to adjust best stream settings

In Settings > Advanced, turn on TCP pacing.

Quality of 68 is not good. For quality streaming you really want something 85 or better.

For suggested settings, run the Auto-Configuration Wizard from the Tools menu.
