Hi everyone that is reading this right now.

I'm trying to stream CS:GO but everytime i stream it works perfect for me but bad for my viewers they start to buffer very much. i have 0% frames drop too.
As you can see in the file i got my x264 CPU Preset on veryfast i thought i should change it but i dont know if it's a good thing to do? My speedtest.net is 100/10

max bitrate (kb/s): 2300
Buffer Size (kbit) 4000
I just streamed a cs:go game, here you can look at my analyze
https://gist.github.com/4d709d3d51b726f33718

First: For best performance, enable aero, set scene buffering to 700ms, dont mismatch bitrate buffer for streaming (meaning 2300bitrate needs 2300 buffer)

Second:
Code:
Total frames encoded: 411157, total frames duplicated: 54294 (13.21%)
Your duplicating frames. 720@60 faster is what i use on my hex core cpu with hyperthreading. using faster preset on i5 is far to borderline. use veryfast preset.

Third, buffering for viewers there are only a few things you can do to assist with this. 1. lower bitrate. 2. make sure bitrate and buffer match. 3. know that your viewers might have to deal with some buffering and as long as your connection to twitch ingest is good, that the problem is not on your side, even if its a PC on your own network that is buffering, which is not uncommon. the route your traffic takes to stream isn't the same route that viewers (including you) are taking to watch said stream.

If you want to avoid buffering, you have to go even lower. But twitch is still twitchy, it will happen to your viewers until you get transcoding (requires a high viewer count to activate it or a partnership).

Twitch wont ever release a true number for transcoding, but I can bet its around 30-40viewers at the lowest.
