Hello OBS Community,
so i have been using OBS for quiet some time now and never had any problems with it. But today i tried to stream (Forza Horizon 4 -> important later on) as usual. And everything worked fine for the first 20 minutes. So i needed to take a short brake and switched to my "be right back" screen. After returning the problems started. I changed back to scene 1 and went back into the game. As Forza doesn't let you record the game as 'game capture' i record it with a basic screen capture where, you guessed it, my full screen is captured. And it worked fine until that point. After switching back into the game i recognized in my preview i only had a black screen. So i stopped the stream for now and went into the browser. Suddenly i had a preview of the browser + the "normal" Windows elements (Taskbar etc). But going out of my browser got the preview stuck on the last frame with my browser in the foreground. And that is my problem. i can not record anything else than my Browser now. i tried several things at this point. I tried restarting my pc -> nothing. Than to delete my old screen capture and create a new one under sources -> didn't work. I tried several tips i found on Youtube, that should solve a basic blackscreen (correct graphics card, correct screen, changing to an older version...) -> but not my problem. I even tried un- and reinstalling OBS with a whole reset of my settings -> didn't work either. Still only able to record my browser, not my whole screen like intended. I really hope i can find some help here as i don't know any further.
