OBS becomes unresponsive: device_texture_create (D3D11): Failed to create 2D texture

This intermittently happens and sometimes does not happen at all during a session.

OBS Studio is running fine and then OBS Studio becomes unresponsive, stops sending RTMP packets, and has to be killed using Task Manager.

I think the error is (based on timestamps and when I notice OBS unresponsive):

device_texture_create (D3D11): Failed to create 2D texture

Attached is the log.

Any idea how to fix this? Please let me know if any other data is needed to help debug this issue.

I disabled the Hardware GPU Scheduler using the above instructions and have not had this issue happen since.
