Question / Help OBS becomes unresponsive after i click start stream or preview stream.

I'm new to streaming, today actually, the first stream went well and then later tonight i was going to stream again but when i hit stream it became unresponsive. I uninstalled and re-installed and the same thing happens. Here's the log:
