Well reviewers that were testing actual 1080p60 streaming + gaming benchmarks have all had a similiar issue but mostly only on the streaming side and not the game itself. Wish I had too much money... would be buying all the new Hardware and releasing actual written Benchmarks.

You can disable the Preview when you have OBS running and right click into the preview window and uncheck "Enable Preview"

man my 1800x is on 4.0 ghz just cant believe that 8 core cant keep up whit 1080 60 fps on same pc....something is wrong here for sure...again i am using just one display and there i have OBS,you tube page,msi afterburner,streamlabs,game opened again on same display...maybe i need to get another and drag pages over there?and leave on primary display just the game running?
