Hello, today I bought Avermedia C985, because My PC with I5-2400 OBS eat 20+% of CPU.http://i.imgur.com/loRQQs6.pngWhat I do wrong? Why with OBS this is take 30+%? When with RECentral only 0-7%. Can someone help me?
RECentral doesn't use the CPU or even use the full scale image, OBS does then encodes it to a smaller bitrate allowing you to stream or record at a reasonable bitrate.

How many PCs do you have? capture cards are meant for 2 PC setups and recording/streaming console games through a PC. you probably should have read this in the many sites and details of what a capture card does. capture card's capture, not encode.

I viewer a lot review about this card and everyone tell me what this card will unload my CPU because this card take all CPU work. http://prntscr.com/97nc8s screenshot and many shit. Even summit1g use this card with one pc. wtf?! =\
It will do that. with a 2 PC setup. a dedicated streaming PC, which most if not all professional streamers have.

so better stream from RECENTREL or? ... omg
Ideally there are three options. four actually
1. upgrade PC
2. have a second PC do the encoding
3. Lower your stream resolution
4. Use a hardware encoder like NVENC, QuickSync, or VCE

1.Cost is high but relatively you just need a new CPU and a dedicated GPU
2. cost is high if you dont already have a second PC
3. can be done now just lower quality 720@30 is a good place to start.
4. hardware encoders have poor quality compared to x264 (software encoders) but they use up less CPU
