Hey I've followed your steps hoping to see the amd equivalent. I have a 7950x and a 6950xt, does the 7950x not give me access to av1?

I'm also having this issue with my 4090. Tried the Simple Mode trick as well and I still get the error with everything fully up to date and integrity of files checked for OBS

Also no Rescaling in Nvidia control Panel or Windows so not sure if the error is a red herring or what. Log attached.
