Question / Help OBS Audio Skipping

I recently started having an issue with OBS and audio skipping while I am either streaming or recording locally. This issue is only happening with OBS, I've tried testing with Avermedia RECentral and I don't have any audio skipping issues with that program.

An example of the issue that I am having can be seen here:

I have taken a look at my log and see this pop up a couple of times:
"Audio timestamp for device 'AVerMedia HD Capture' was behind target timestamp by 90"

I've gone ahead and attached the entire log file if that will help

Does anyone know what can cause this, because I never really had an issue with my hardware setup before today and I think it's mostly a software issue here.

Settings -> Advanced, change your scene buffering time to 700ms and try again.

Thanks, changing the buffering time to 700ms fixed it. It was set at 401ms for some reason or other.

The weird thing is that I don't recall making any changes to that setting
