Hello guys I started to use OBS and im getting some wierd audio problems.
Since english ist not my native language please ignore the mistakes im going to make in my post ;)

Problem
When im starting to stream I get short disconnects in my audiofeedback from my games as well as in my Teamspeak 3 connection. This means for a short time (~0.5 seconds every few seconds my audio turns completly off and my microphone stops sending )

Specs
AMD Radeon R9 380 OC Dual-X NITRO ( GPU )
Crucial BX100 250GB ( SSD )
Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3P Mainboard Sockel AM3+
AMD FX 8320 ( CPU )
Crucial Ballistix Sport DIMM, DDR3-1600 8GB ( RAM )

Troubleshooting up to now
1) Bandwith: I have a 5 mbit upload and im experiencing these problems when im setting the maximum upload from OBS to 1 mbit as well.
2) Performance: I get these issues with performance intensive games like the DayZ standalone or Arma 3 as well as in games like LoL or 2d sidescrollers.

-> I narrowed it down to my external soundcard a Steinberg UR 22 (2.0 USB Device ) with a Superlux headset and a Pronomic CM-22 microphone ( uses 48v phantompower ) When im connecting my Headset directly to my PC I dont get any sound issues with ingame sound or with the audiofeed from Teamspeak.
Hence the required phantompower I can't connect my microphone to the PC and I still get those audiolags/disconnects when im talking in Teamspeak 3 which renders my microphone pretty useless.
I tried different USB ports with the Steinberg ( doesn't work at all with 3.0 ports ) but i get the same problem with frontports as well as with backports.
I use 2 other USB devices on my PC a Skiller Pro Keyboard and a Zelotes mouse. Both are in USB 3.0 Ports.
