Obs audio problem (please help)

So whenever I use the advanced setting in Obs, everything works just fine, my recording isn't laggy, and my microphone gets picked up, but whenever I go back to watch the video, my microphone doesn't pic up, for previous recordings my I could hear everything, does anyone know how to help
