Question / Help Obs Audio Problem/Pixalation with fast movement- Windows10

Ok, so when I stream I hear the game audio going through the mic, that makes the game noises and voices repeat itself after like 2-3 sec later. Not sure how to fix this issue?
Also, when streaming I get a lot of pixelation when I do fast movement. Need help with this aswell =) .
