OBS audio output variation

I have recently added Gain and Suppression filter to my OBS audio output to boost low volume.
Since do so the sound has become variable during the broadcast & on the recording.
Could boosting the Gain and applying the Suppression filters be responsible for this variation or should I look elsewhere to resolve the issue?

The Noise Suppressor is designed for spoken voice only. Everything else is noise to be removed. So it tries to get rid of music and sound effects too, not just fans and fridge compressors that you should turn off instead of using electronics to remove them.

Like everything else, this tool also has a specific thing that it does, and it doesn't do anything else. Nothing is magic.
