I play on Rane 12s with Pioneer s11 MIXER, without obs the audio is balanced but when I installed obs and saw that the audio was coming low, I did something to boost the volume but now the audio is imbalanced. When I play music on the right rane it's lower than when I play music on the left rane. And when I go into Advanced Audio settings the balance bar is Grey out but it shows that it's equal. I un-installed everything and reinstalled, I updated everything, and I still have the same issue. Pls help me!

Is there a physical pan knob that's not centered?

Maybe a bad connection?
In a large-format, pure analog, live PA rig, with a full hand-soldered patchbay, I had one side of a balanced connection break off behind the patchbay. I could still get something usable if I cranked the gain WAAY up, but there was definitely something wrong! Re-soldering it, allowed the gain to come back down to something sensible.

Where do I find a physical pan know. Everything is balanced on my mixer. At 12oclock. My speakers are pushing a balanced sound. It's just imbalanced when I stream.and when I look at the audio bar in obs, it shows that the left side is significantly louder than the right rane. Also, the balance bar in advanced audio settings is grayed out

Keep in mind that we know nothing about your rig except for what you tell us, and a quick google search of the names that you may or may not have mistyped. (links would be better, presumably that you've already verified to be correct) So with that little to go on, we're just guessing at a probable cause, sometimes from personal experience that may or may not be related.
