OBS audio from Blackmagic Studio

We have a good signal coming into our Blackmagic Studio box, but pulling it up in OBS it sounds like a skipping cd. Why is this? Is it a setting in OBS?

It's also happening to me. Last time I used OBS it was like 6 months ago, I tried this morning and updated OBS but same thing happens, I capture and the sound skips :(

I had the same issue and I fixed it by rolling back to Blackmagic Desktop Video 11.5.1.

The exact steps I took were:
Download Desktop Video 11.6 again to use the Uninstaller.
Restart the Mac.
Download Desktop Video 11.5.1 and installed.
Restart the Mac.
Open OBS and audio is now clean.

I'm running macOS 10.15.6 and OBS 25.0.8. Using an UltraStudio HD Mini for capture.
