Bug Report OBS Audio doesn't work with Fall Creators Update

Well, in addition to Window Capture not working, no Audio Capture is possible post the Windows Fall Creators Update for Windows 10.

Thanks again for all you do for the streaming community!
 
Please provide a log from OBS.

We have many users on FCU and audio is working fine, so there is something specific to your PC here.
 
My apologies... some how my audio settings where all set to DISABLE... I set them again and everything is back to normal.

is there a way to fix the window capture problem, a work around?? it is not working for me after the fall creators update, all I get is like a screenshot of the beginning of the game or so...

I just found out that OBS is not the problem but the XBOX menu in the Windows Settings, Microsoft added a new game optimization, streaming and recording feature that modifies the way that windowed mode and full screen mode works in the new Fall Creators Update, basically it messes up with v-sync and game performance.

So if you go in to Windows Settings > XBOX and disable the game bar thing and the other settings in the tabs below you wont have this problem anymore.
