Question / Help OBS Audio different for Stream than Record?

SO we are streaming to FB live and recording using OBS, the problem we have is the audio on the recording is great but the audio during the live stream is a little off. If we change the delay in OBS will this change our audio for the local video recording as well? If so, is there a way to just change the livestream audio delay?
