Question / Help OBS Audio Delay

When I first start recording, the game freezes for like 1 second and throws off my voice. I've tried mic sync offset but it never linked up, any idea what I need to do to fix it?

raising your scene buffering time to at least 700ms and maybe play with a bit more. ensure all sources are global sources (meaning you might have to recreate all your sources under global sources then re-add your scenes to use the global source instead.

post your logfile and I'll be able to help more. its under the help menu. restart OBS, (to create a fresh logfile) after streaming for a few minutes then press stop, then upload your log and copy the link here.
