Question / Help OBS Audio Delay... When It Feels Like It

Recently, OBS has been having an audio delay (about 2 seconds late) for both desktop audio, as well as microphone audio. But the thing is, it only does it sometimes. On some days, it won't have an audio delay, the next day, same game, same scene, and it decides to delay the audio. I've tried many times to fix it, reinstalling, re-adding the game capture, making it a window capture, different game, nothing works.
I have supplied a log file from when there was no delay, and two days after, when there was delay.

The one with delay had 2% duplicated frames, which means your CPU was overloaded. The one without had 0.25% duplicated frames, which means the CPU was fine. Whatever you were doing when you had audio delay was overloading the CPU and you might take steps to remedy that.
