Question / Help OBS Audio Crackling with AVerMedia Devices

Hey guys. So the problem I'm having is that there's some very faint audio crackle underneath my game audio in OBS.

PC Specs:
Intel Core i7 3930K
AMD HD 7970 GPU
16GB RAM

I've tried various AVerMedia capture cards and they all seem to have the same issue:

Game Broadcaster HD (1080p/30FPS)
Extreme Cap U3 (External USB3 - 1080p/60FPS)
Mtvhddvrr-c027 (720p60FPS)

Currently using the Game Broadcaster with "Use WaveOut Audio Renderer" checked. The crackling is a lot better when that option is checked but still audible to my viewers.

Are there any other tricks I can try? I've been wrestling with this for months now to no avail.

Thanks. Attached a DX Diag

Just watched a bit of your stream. The crackling is only on the left side for me. It's abit annyoing.
Can you disable/deselect your cap cards in obs, make a local recording and check if the crackle is still there?

Thanks for taking a look. Actually now that I think about it, the crackle is only on the left side for me too. There's no crackle unless a console is on so I'm guessing having the capture card deselected would produce no static in a local recording. Trying it though.
