OBS and Zoom

Hello there,
I hope anyone can help me, I want to stream my scenes and sources from OBS into Zoom. I did download the virtual cam and it worked but the video and sound in Zoom has huge delay, it takes multiple second until it sync.
I watched multiple YouTube videos and I also tried the NDI but still the same result with huge delay. My upload is 11.
I don't understand how everyone do it and their stream in Zoom is so good.
 
Yes there is a huge need for this. Are you Windows or Mac? I'm guessing Windows since you did not say. I am Mac and I am able to do it successfully using the third-party plug-in. However it does increase CPU usage (worse on Mac than Windows, from everything I've heard), but either way your machine has to be pretty fast to do this at all. My setup into OBS, involving 3 cameras already runs the CPU pretty hard. Turning on the virtual camera so I can connect OBS to Zoom runs it even harder. It works OK but sometimes everything starts to freeze and I have to reboot, although I am experimenting with an app called Memory Cleaner that runs by itself and seems to help quite a bit.
 
Thanks for your response, I checked my CPU while OBS running and it was 37%I and I'm using 3 camera in OBS. - Windows OS. I saw a third company also with different setting but you need to have pro account on zoom - paid and also paid for that company.
