OBS and Win10 version 2004?

No issues.
Usually, I update the first day such an update is available.

And probably alot more than that....

With MS's track record with updates over the last year, I'm gonna wait until there's been a few million installs before I even think about doing it.

I have an HP Pavilion laptop that I use for live streaming church services. After installing the Windows 10 2004 update, OBS seemed to stream fine but I could not monitor the audio through either the laptop speaker or headphone jack. I uninstalled the 2004 update and the audio monitoring now works again.
