Question / Help OBS and Win 8.1

Hi!

I'm having problems trying to record or stream with OBS.

I try Xsplit to be sure is not a hardware problem and it work fine (streaming and recording).

Here is my Obs log and some VIDs:

Your graphics card is really underpowered compared to the rest of your components, and OBS utilizes it more than XSplit does. The graphics card isn't able to handle the load placed on it by the combination of your game and OBS, thus you're seeing poorer performance. You should seriously consider upgrading, the entire system is being bottlenecked by the old GPU.

Yeah I know, that graphics card is a bit old, I gonna get a new graphics card this winter.

I didn't know obs use the gpu (I thought OBS used just the CPU).
