Question / Help OBS and Twitch Stream Key issues

Whenever I go to stream to Twitch i get this error

"Could not access the specified channel or stream key. This could be because the key/channel is invalid, or because the server still thinks you are logged in.

Rtmp://live-mia-justin.tv/app
NetStream.Publish.Rejected (Authentication Failed.) "

I streamed perfectly last night and this morning but now I don't know what happening.

I tried switching Twitch servers and resetting my stream key but nothing happens. Please help!

I was actually streaming earlier today and DURING the stream it disconnected and I could not reconnect due to this same error, hoping to hear about a fix.
