Question / Help OBS and TWITCH Please HELP

EVGA GTX 1050 2gb/ AMD FX 8300 3.3ghz Eight Core processor/ Gigabyte am3+ motherboard/ 16gb RAM/ stock cooling. Internet: ping 1/ 91mbs/94mbs download upload speed. OBS settings: stream from haiti(overseas military) server: miami fl/ bitrate 3500/ encoder settings veryfast/ Pubg: graphics on all low and very low. FPS:40-76... Now can someone help me figure out why my stream is clear and audio is clear but the video is jumpy and choppy/laggy. also can someone tell me the best settings for my pc to play game and stream and have a quality stream? Thank you!

Your system can't handle the "fast" x264 preset, and so many of the sources you're using are unnecessary and may be causing other problems

Does the problem happen in a new scene COLLECTION with the bare minimum of sources in the scene?
