Despite the good internet, my program is jamming when streaming.
I have upload 8.40mb, i7 4720hq, gtx 960m. Bitrate 2500. Resolution 1920x1080 in laptop in game and in obs.
Sometimes stream goes smoothly, and it's been awful for some time. Maybe you know why?
