OBS and steaming

So, I've tried everything I can think of will help every time I go to stream a game all my bit rate vanishes just when playing a game my upload reaches 900 my down reaches 600 I've changed my settings around a lot I deleted and reinstalled obs I changed bit rates I did hard wired not hard wired still same issue

Restart OBS and perform a test stream/recording of no less than 30 seconds doing as you normally do, including playing games, full camera or whatever you normally do.
Look in Help menu. Upload the current log file and paste the url to the log in here. Click on the Analize button to start troubleshooting common issues.

I get Wi-Fi streaming but I'm hard wired so it does nothing
