Question / Help OBS and Skype Group

I stream a DnD game every Sunday on Twitch using OBS (which I love). I want to be able to change my stream around and use Skype Group chat and capture every video as a block and stream that. I have a 2 monitor setup with 1 being used for the actual game via Roll20.net(also the monitor I capture for streaming) and the other used for my DM stuff. My question is, is there anyway to capture the video feeds from Skype individually without using area capture? I want to be able to minimize my Skype but keep the video updating. If this isn't possible with OBS does anyone know if this is possible using Xsplit Skype Integration?

If you use window capture and aero ON, most of the windows you capture are visible even if you cover them with other windows, so you could leave the Skype there and put something on top of it. I haven't tried it but im guessing it should work

There is not a way to capture the Skype videos individually. You have to use Window capture.
