I've been trying to record Geometry Dash and Minecraft on my PC with both regular and studio versions of OBS. OBS will load the preview fine, but before it doesn't show anything it's as if I didn't add a source. And when I do record only the audio comes out, there literally isn't any video not even a black screen when I play it back. On OBS Studio it records when I window the game (monitor capture) but it runs incredibly laggy and it's more or less unplayable. When I run the game fullscreen it works fine, but when I try to record (with game capture) fullscreen it stays at one frame on the loading screen, and when I start the game and then start the recording it shows a black screen. In both cases the audio comes out fine. It's also worth noting that I attempted to use xsplit gamecaster as well and it did the same thing as OBS where it only recorded audio. Please help :(
