Question / Help OBS and OBS MP low fps after opening any game.

Hi,

I have a 5820k with 980 SLI, running obs is no problem, but whenever I open up any game, my obs just drops to 10 fps. Whatever I do.
I'm running on windows 10 streaming 720p 60fps.

Disable SLI. OBS Classic does not deal well with how SLI manages the VRAM pool, and will lead to performance issues like this, and other glitching.
You can also swap to OBS Studio which may alleviate the issue, as it has multi-adapter compatibility measures coded in.

Also, disable the custom buffer size unless you have a specific reason and understand exactly what it does and why.
