OBS and Nvidia Broadcast Clashing

Hi there,

My Logitech Brio suffers from a lot of flickering (https://streamable.com/tsgf78), when I try to capture the "Camera (Nvidia Broadcast)" source through OBS.
I've got it set at 60FPS on both programmes. When I try to put it onto 30FPS it doesn't flicker but it laggs a lot.

I don't believe it's a USB bandwidth issue as I've tried plugging the Brio into different USB ports (even the 3.0's on the front of the case/different hub). It's currently plugged into a USB 3.2 (10gb).

I've reinstalled Nvidia Broadcast multiple times and done a fresh reinstall of my Nvidia drivers. Only thing left to do is to reinstall OBS but I'm hesitant to do that incase I mess up and miss today's stream.

These are my current specs:
RTX Asus TUF Gaming 3070
AMD Ryzen 9 5900X CPU
Prime X570-P/CSM Motherboard
G.SKILL Ripjaws V Series 2x 16GB
CRYORIG H7 CPU Cooler
EVAG SuperNOVA 650W Gold Standard PSU

Attached below are my video display settings for the Brio:

Any help or insight would be greatly appreciated

10:44:16.603: Running as administrator: false
run obs as admin

10:44:16.603: Game DVR: On
Disable it

10:44:16.798: output 0: pos={0, 0}, size={1920, 1080}, attached=true, refresh=144, name=24G1WG4
set the display refreshrate to 120 -> 120fps / 60 = 2 so he can easy grab every second frame

10:44:17.102: YUV mode: 709/Full
use Partial

use the highes FPS in the source you can

try to Disable the buffer or enable it

update you chipset driver

have you check the windows camera settings for the OBS Permission ?

and please make a screenshot with this programm to check its realy not an USB problem

and only open the webcam/ Nvidia broadcast in one app
Dont open the Logi preview and dont use it on any other scene

but when i see
0:44:18.799: DShow: Run failed, device already in use (0x8007001F): A device attached to the system is not functioning.
in your C525 it looks like a USB bandwitch problem

look that all USb energy saving settings are off !
I've made it so it always starts in administrator now.
My Game DVR is disabled, not sure why it said it wasn't.
Set my monitor refresh rate to 120 hz.
I'm already using Partial on my Webcam source (for the Brio)
have played around with highest FPS + disabling/enabling the buffer.

I've just installed the latest chipset as well from the AMD website. Gave the computer a restart, still the same problem.

I've also unplugged the C525 completely incase that was somehow causing interference. I think windows shits itself when there's more than one logitech camera connected to a computer.

I'm really lost for ideas here. Thank you very much for the response so far. If you can get it working I'll definitely send you a cheeky tip

Attached is the screenshot/log for USB tree view + a recent log of OBS with the flickering

So I recorded my OBS for a bit of the flickering, slowed it down and captured the flicker in slow motion over three screenshots. Not sure if this helps
