The recent OBS change has prevented me from using MSI afterburner. What do I do? I disabled the overlay for OBS but it still doesn't work.

EDIT: I have to take part of this back. I just fired up ASUS GPU tweak and it worked fine. MSI is still on the short end of the stick with OBS.

I have the same problem. It appears to be related to checks they added for hooks processes that programs like MSI afterburner, ASUS GPU Tweak, etc use. See these links. I can't find a way to add OBS to any ignore list in MSI afterburner so I reverted back to an earlier release until something else happens.

Its in RivaTuner Statistic Server (app installed with MSI Afterburner, the OSD part)

you add your apps in the list and select Application detection level to None
