Question / Help OBS and low upload

Hi all.

I'm planning to stream every weekend some games (such as LoL, CS:GO and other stuff) but I'm having a really hard time with my internet. Download is fine, but my upload always goes something around 800kb and 900kb. There is no way of raising it in my region, according to internet companies.

With this internet speed, can I broadcast at least in 480p/30fps without issues (such as stopping the stream suddenly or making it slow)? What would be the perfect config for streaming under this condition?

OBS: don't worry about my computer; its specs are awesome. It can handle any game at max resolution without any problems.

OBS 2: sorry if somehow I'm posting this at the wrong section, I'm new here. =(

Thanks in advance!

I'm not sure it it would even be worth bothering, imo. I'd try something like 360p and 20fps with 600kbps and 64bps audio. Its just not possible to put up more than a postage stamp sized video with your upload speed. Since so few people bother with it, there isn't a lot of data points. Try it out and find out experimentally what works best for you.
