Question / Help OBS and GTA V don't together.

This is a continuation of a similar problem that I thought was my internet, but I now know that It's an issue between OBS and Grand Theft Auto V.

I have playtested GTA V on XSplit and have found that there were zero connection problems. Xsplit didn't hang and GTA V worked perfectly. But when I tried the same setup with OBS, OBS hanged. It didn't even connect to Twitch at all. The settings in OBS are exactly the same in Xsplit, but OBS is having the issue, and I found that it's only with GTA V does the problem even occur.

So what, if anything can I do?I have enclosed the logs from the last stream attempt.

OBS looks like it's working just fine. You are aware that Twitch has been having issues with going live for the past 24 hours, yes?

Update: the issue remains. OBS was able to connect with zero problems, but now GTA V is acting up, and appears to do so when OBS is up.

The only thing I can think of is that GTA V is messing with OBS in some way.
Quite the puzzle here.

Sorry for the late reply. The problem was the GTA V installation was corrupted and it was crashing all the time. I managed to reinstall it, and now the game and OBS are working fine now.
