Question / Help obs and elgato stuttering

Ok so recently I did a test stream with obs, on twitch, on my laptop to see if my Internet could work for streaming (15 down 4 up) I streamed battlefield hardline and had NO studdering,no skipping, everything went smooth. I got an elgato, hooked it up to my ps4 and laptop and now when I stream it studders and skips. I know it's not my Internet because it still skips In preview mode and obs recordings. Plus when I record using the elgato software it s smooth and doesn t skip. I've changed just about every setting in obs. Any ideas?

I'm having the same problem. I have an Elgato HD60 Pro.
I've searched everywhere for a solution, but didn't find it yet. One guys said that he used the xplit and everything worked, but other guy reported this same problem with xplit and OBS.
I'm going to reinstall my Windows 10 and install only the Elgato Driver and OBS to see how it goes. I'll report back with my results.
