Question / Help OBS and Avermedia, is it even needed?

Hey guys, i have problems with FPS in Watchdogs while recording, usualy i am on 40-45 FPS but when i am recording i go around 30, wich is great but i have question, if i got avermedia, would i have 40is while recording?

i did testing, when i am recording with OBS just my facecam i have same FPS as when i record game+facecam
OBS is still decoding the video so is there even a reason to get Avermedia live gamer HD when i am not doing dual PC setup or recording console?

If you only have a single PC setup, a Live Gamer HD (and capture cards in general) will not give you any performance gain.
