OBS All Audio Mute Issue

After stopping and restarting a stream, regularly all audio isn't being broadcast.

Mixer picks up the audio but the audio doesn't play through to viewers.

Often it happens after I've had internet problems and I have to reboot my PC to get it to start working again

Did you make use of the VOD track of twitch?
Known issue if so. Solution: Don't use VOD feature.
