Question / Help OBS 7870 XFire loss in framerate?

Hello,

I normally stream Battlefield games, which have been playing fantastically today when I crossfired my 7870. But when I went to stream the FPS was horrible, unplayable and un-watchable :(

Is there anything I can do to fix this?
I've read other forum posts about xfire and OBS, general answer is to get a capture card or second PC. I'm really hoping that there is another solution.

Here is the log file if it helps.

Thank you.

Monitor capture is the worst capture method for Windows 7. Use Window Capture with Aero enabled or Game Capture instead. Also, 720p60 at only 1500 Kbps for a fast-paced first person shooter isn't going to look very good. You should consider either raising the bitrate if you can, or lowering your stream resolution/frame rate.

your cpu is probably also going to max out pretty hard with 720@60 and fast preset .. im assuming this since my i7 2700k at 4,5ghz also gets to around 80% cpu usage with bf4+streaming 720@60 with faster preset
