Question / Help OBS 64Bit Unspecified Error While Recording

I have a 6700k and a GTX 1070, I am using the same settings I have always used in OBS. It used to work fine and all of a sudden I started getting this error. Please help

I'd like to keep as mp4 as thats always worked and gave me the best quality but I can test it.
