Bug Report OBS 64bit 21.1 slow start

Hello obs community,
since the update from obs 21.0.1 to 21.1, OBS loads really slow.
I tried deleting the configurations and recreate the config, but other than a faster startup it takes arround 60 seconds.
Obs with old config, really long start:

Does someone know what could cause this issue.

I downloaded OBS-Full as zip-archive no installer.

Currently have the same problem. It takes around a minute to a minute and half to load, during this time my mouse slows down and every other process I have running takes a long time to do anything as well, including opening up windows file explorer.

I actually fixed it for Intel GPU+Nvidia Notebooks
Nvidia System Settings -> Add Programm -> Select obs from the list -> Select Intel GPU for OBS -> Click apply and restart obs
