Question / Help obs 64 bit won't on windows 64 bit

hi i downloaded and installed the newest version of obs i keep on crashing so i updated my drivers that did nothing so i installed obs 21.1.2 but the 64 bit version did not work but the 32 bit version did but i need the 64 bit version because i have a 64 bit acer aspire E15 could some please help
