Bug Report OBS 64-bit crash on startup

OBS 64-bit has started crashing on startup for me (32-bit version runs fine).

It may or may not be related to the latest system update from Microsoft, the Fall Creators update (or whatever they are calling it). OBS was working before the update, but now doesnt

I updated my OBS install to 20.1.3 - still crashing
I removed 20.1.3, removed the profile in %APPDATA%, rebooted, reinstalled 20.1.3 - still crashing
Updated NVidia drivers to latest version - OBS still crashing.
Run OBS as Administrator - still crashing

Log from the last 64-bit crash is attached.

It appears to be getting upset about this:

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

Turn off Rivatuner.

Perfect, that cured it. Many thanks!

(This is the second time that RivaTuner has broken programs as they try to open windows on this machine, time to add this to the top of the list of culprits in future).
