I was testing some things out in OBS .634 a few days ago and my capture card was working fine, it's this one for reference.

So after I was done, I updated to .635b that same day and when I went to test out my capture it was no longer working with OBS. I have it as a Global Source and the program picks it up, but I only end up getting a black screen. Any idea on what's happening here? I have my Log File below to make things easier.
