Obs 4k streaming or recording gameplay from PS5 pro 4k

So I want to stream at 4k 60 or 30 no problem but it has to be 4k HDR

Fifine t669 mic

4k 60 and 120 HDR tv
2 controller

i9 12900k
Rtx 4070 super 12 GB
32gb ram
2 TB ssd
32 inch 1440p curved monitor Redmi
Logitech 4k MX brio webcam

Omen 32 GB ram i7 9th
GTX 1660ti is also available

Starlink v3 500mbps download 30mbps upload speed

But everytime I stream to twitch or YouTube using obs its quality is so bad even it says 4k but it's so
I need help can you assist me

In the forum there's a lot of information regarding your topic and the issues many people faces. For 4k 60fps your upload speed is too low, even your computer may not be suitable for it. Try with 1440p 60fps.

Also, a test stream may be a good thing to do. After that upload the resulting log file (Help menu) and paste the URL in here. While you are at it, click on the Analyze button to start fixing common issues.
