Bug Report OBS 32bit & 64bit Crashing on startup

This has only happened with the latest update of obs (21.1.2)

At first it created crash reports, now it's only capable doing log files.
I don't know if this is got to do with AMD drivers.

I've updated to the latest drivers of AMD, I tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Nothing seems to work, I just want my OBS working again.

Could have thought about that, I was assuming that plugin wouldn't cause the issue. I assumed as the log never alerted that it was the plugin that caused the error. Deleting the dll solved the issue. Thank you.
