OBS 31 is crashing and unusable.

Move Transition just had an update but it still crashes my OBS, so it isn't Move Transition that's causing it. I recall uninstalling Output Timer but it's still there... And spout2 recently just updated as well. I don't have anything else except overlays and game sources...

I also saw this and I'm skeptical, but it also doesn't make sense.

Yes, this is you running out of video memory as it mentions.

I think I have actually found the issue. With the normal install of the AMD drivers, the recording function is what F's it up. Even when turned off, it's still being used in the background. Installing with driver only without the software, did a test stream for almost 2 hours and not a single crash yet. Will continue testing to see if this is the case for sure.

Update: The fix (For AMD GPU users) is to not install the drivers the normal way. ONLY INSTALL THE DRIVER ONLY without the software, and your OBS will never crash again. There has been no known fixes to this issue yet except only installing drivers without software. And no notices from AMD themselves about this specific issue. Please let us know if they mentioned anything about fixing issues with OBS and their drivers.
